How do I place my order?

To place an order, please select the size (see size chart), and place your order or you can also contact us to place your orders.

How do I get my outfit altered?

We generally keep a 4″ margin in all our outfits. Usually, the measurements are accurate and the alteration is quite minimal.

Is there a Return/Exchange or Refund for a Product?

We have NO RETURN/NO EXCHANGE policy. It is advised to check for your size requirements before you make a purchase order.

How many days does it take to ship a product?

For custom orders, time to dispatch may vary. Normally, we would require 20-25 business days. In stock products will be shipped within 24-48 hours.

Please Note:- Post Shipment, the courier takes somewhere around 7 working days (domestic) and 14 working days (international) to deliver the item.

Do you ship items globally?

What are the Shipping Charges?

Shipping charges will vary on the weigh of the products. Please contact us for more information.

Can I cancel the order?

Once the order has been placed for custom order, it cannot be cancelled and no refunds will be granted. Although any changes in the order can be entertained only if the process hasn’t been started.

How can I care for my purchase?

We would recommend dry cleaning all embellished outfits. Outfits of cotton/digital print should only be washed in cold water.
